رب أنزلني منزلا مباركا وأنت خير المنزلين — My Lord, Land Me in a Blessed Place, and You Are the Best of Those Who Bring to Land
From Surah Al-Muʾminūn (23:29)

When the ark came to rest and the waters receded, Nūḥ (ʿalayhi as-salām) was taught this duʿā for the moment of arrival: rabbi anzilnī munzalan mubārakan wa anta khayru al-munzilīn. It is a prayer said not in the storm but after it, at the threshold of somewhere new — a request not for shelter alone but for barakah within it, that the place itself be made good.

And it closes by naming Him: wa anta khayru al-munzilīn — and You are the best of those who bring to land. The one who chooses where we come to rest, who settles us, who receives us at the end of every journey. The duʿā asks for a blessed place and then acknowledges that only He can grant one.

This piece holds those words as a quiet threshold marker: every arrival, every door newly opened, is granted and blessed by Him.
